Nine beds in total, divided in four rooms. A double bedroom at the ground floor, with a comfortable sofa-bed, toilet in the room, a little terrace and a safe; a two-bed room and two double bedrooms at the first floor; one of these has got a private bathroom.
In the night area, we find an internal bathroom inside the main bedroom, equipped with Jacuzzi in order to allow oneself a further moment of relax and privacy; moreover, we can also find another bathroom which is in common with the other two bedrooms. At the ground floor two other bathrooms; one of them is inside the double bedroom. Every bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, hairdryer and shower cabin.

In order to improvise a fast meal after a day at the seaside or to satisfy your table guests with more sophisticated dishes, perhaps through the collaboration of a home cook, in the kitchen you will find a kitchenette with an aspirant cloak included, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and ice machine.
The living room is conceived to comfortably host up to ten people, for lunchtime or dinner, to watch a film on the 50-inch satellite TV or to listen to your favourite music through our sound system, enjoying the fresh air conditioning during the summmertime or the romantic atmosphere of the fireplace during the winter.
General Cancellation Policies: Cancelling a reservation will be free up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After this period, 30% of the total amount will be charged. Covid-related Cancellation policies: In case of cancellation due to documented reasons related to national or international regulations regardin Covid, cancellation will be free up until 24 hours prior to arrival.
