Complete inner coverage; the external coverage is available for the sauna terrace, swimming pool terrace, lunch balcony.

Available in the living room, swimming pool and wellness area. It can be activated through a free App for smartphones and tablets.

Living room.


Air conditioning

In all bedrooms and in the living room.



Available in every environment for the heating during the winter season.


Daily cleaning

It lasts around three hours.


Garden cleaning

On alternate days.



Water, electricity and gas consumption.


Linen change

Twice weekly.


Swimming pool cleaning




On the wall, with electronic combination.


Animals entrance

Small-size animals are admitted.


Welcome to the babies

In the villa, a cradle, a changing table and a high chair are available.

Additional daily cleaning

Carried out in the morning and in the afternoon, for the garden and swimming pool's cleaning, and for the linen change, too.


The spa, wellness room

The spa includes the use of the wellness room provided with sauna, steam bath, shower and a related space fitted out with chairs and sunbeds.

General Cancellation Policies: Cancelling a reservation will be free up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After this period, 30% of the total amount will be charged. Covid-related Cancellation policies: In case of cancellation due to documented reasons related to national or international regulations regardin Covid, cancellation will be free up until 24 hours prior to arrival.
